Meet Ian

Real Estate Advisor

Ian has a natural proclivity for customer service, as well as an intuitive understanding of the type of property his clients are looking for. Ian’s ability to observe and listen to his clients' needs and desires has made him an instant success and client favorite. Ian’s business is founded on hard work, communication, empathy, and trust, all while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all his clients' Real Estate needs. Ian specializes in new construction design, design consultation, and flip/rehab potential in investment properties.

With a Degree of Arts in Sciences, Ian has worked as a pediatric nurse and in ophthalmology for over 15 years. This knowledge, combined with his creative abilities, has provided him with valuable skills that are used daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team's listings.

Ian is very versatile with buyers and sellers and can assist his clients in navigating the often-difficult waters of the home buying and selling process, with the end result being nothing short of a wonderful experience. When not busy helping clients, Ian enjoys art and interior design, gardening, travel, boating and spending time with his husband and three dogs.
